ANNA GODOLLEI

Anna Gödöllei completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Calgary in 2017 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep. She was funded by a SSHRC Master's scholarship to work on game-based selection assessments and its effect on adverse impact. Anna is funded by a SSHRC Doctoral scholarship to continue her Graduate education at Waterloo University with Dr. James Beck.

Claudia COnte

Claudia Conte completed her her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2017 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Tim Vantilborgh. Claudia worked on the role of psychological contract breach in relation to the development of stress and burnout at work. 

 
 

Astrid Cornelis

Astrid Cornelis completed her B.Sc. in M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2017 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Tim Vantilborgh. Astrid conducted an experiment on the role of self-control and the depletion of self-control in the relationship between psychological contract breach and job performance. Dries is currently looking for job opportunities in Belgium. 

Dries Vanhecke

Dries Vanhecke completed his M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2017 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Tim Vantilborgh. Dries is worked on counterproductive reactions to psychological contract breach and focussed on an escalation of conflict approach. Dries is currently working as a Talent Recruitment Consultant at T-Group in Belgium.

Lien Wambacq

Lien Wambacq completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2016 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Tim Vantilborgh. Lien conducted an experiment on the physiological reactions following perceptions of psychological contract breach. Her work will be presented at the  18th EAWOP congress in Dublin, Ireland. Lien is currently working as an HR officer for a major hospital in Belgium.

 

Laura rasenberg

Laura Rasenberg completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2016 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Tim Vantilborgh. Laura conducted an experience sampling study on the relationship between being a victim of workplace mistreatment and becoming a perpetrator of workplace mistreatment. Her work is part of an ongoing study on the role of time in workplace mistreatment spirals. Laura is currently working as a career counselor/coach at SBS Skill Builders in Belgium.

Sarah Seffers

Sarah Seffers completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Roland Pepermans. Sarah conducted an interview study on the role of promised inducements and contributions in the dyadic relationship between voluntary and paid fire fighters. Sarah is currently working in the private sector in Belgium. 

Ingrid huysmans

Ingrid Huysmans completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep, Daan Sorgeloos, and Dr. Roland Pepermans. Ingrid conducted an intervention study on the role of political skills and extended influence behaviour to foster commitment to change. Her work is part of an ongoing study on the role of leaders' political skills to foster a smooth change process. Ingrid is currently working as a career counselor/coach at VDAB in Belgium.

Esther Begeer completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2015 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep and Dr. Roland Pepermans. Esther conducted an weekly diary study to explore the role of organizational justice in the relationship between psychological contract breach and perceived organisational support. Esther is currently working as a customer project manager at Ericsson in Belgium.

Aurelie dekempeneer

Aurelie Dekempeneer completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2014 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep, Daan Sorgeloos, and Dr. Roland Pepermans. Aurelie conducted a study on the moderating effect of political skills on the relationship between protean career attitude and career success. Aurelie is currently working as a Recruiter at EDF Luminous in Belgium.

Mies Neven completed her M.Sc. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in 2014 under the supervision of Dr. Yannick Griep, Daan Sorgeloos, and Dr. Roland Pepermans. Mies conducted a study on the role of political skills in relation to organisational structure. She studied this relationship from the perspective of the Job Demands Resources model. Mies is currently working as a Payroll Advisor Outsourcing at SD Worx in Belgium.
